The person who signs the contract is required to obtain a “Liquor Liability Waiver” in the amount of $1,000,000 from their insurance company [$75-$100] or you can purchase online at Eventhelper.com (due 30 days prior to the wedding).

ADD ONS:
While the Wings Gallery Reception Hall features a built-in dancefloor, many of our couples choose to rent our moveable dancefloor so it can be positioned at their desired location. The Outdoor tent is 20ft x 40ft and can accommodate up to 90 guests seated, however many of our couples choose to use the tent with limited seating, cocktail tables & sometimes an outdoor dance floor.
